We deliver toys across India — from our store in Mohali, Punjab. Whether you're around the corner in Chandigarh or across the country in Chennai, we'll get your order to you safely.

We ship to all major cities and towns across India via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, Speed Post, etc.). If we can't reach your pin code directly, we'll let you know on WhatsApp before confirming your order.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is calculated dynamically based on package weight and delivery distance. The exact amount is shared with you on WhatsApp before your order is confirmed — no surprise charges.

Delivery Timelines
Tricity — 1–2 Business Days ⚡
Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and nearby areas. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Sat) are often dispatched the same day.
North India — 2–4 Business Days
Delhi NCR, Haryana, UP, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and surrounding states via courier.
Rest of India — 4–7 Business Days
South India, East India, Maharashtra, Gujarat and all other states via courier partners.
Dispatch Schedule
Order before 2 PM (Mon–Sat)
We aim to dispatch the same day.
Order after 2 PM (Mon–Sat)
Dispatched the very next business day.
Sundays & Public Holidays
No dispatch on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed on these days are dispatched on the next working day (Monday or the day after the holiday).
Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number on WhatsApp so you can follow your order in real time.
Packaging
Every order is packed carefully to survive transit — especially for long-distance shipments. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible, and fragile toys get extra bubble wrap protection. Gift wrapping is available on request — just mention it in your WhatsApp order!
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, damaged, or incorrect — contact us on WhatsApp immediately with:

- •Photos of the item/packaging (if damaged in transit)
- •Tracking details shared with you at dispatch
